One-Pan Lemon Herb Baked Salmon

 


Description: Juicy salmon baked with fresh herbs and citrus for a light yet flavorful dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets

  • 1 lemon (sliced)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Garlic powder

  • Fresh parsley

  • Salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Place salmon on baking tray, drizzle oil, season well.

  3. Top with lemon slices and parsley.

  4. Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.
