Stuffed Bell Peppers with Rice & Veggies

 


Description: Oven-baked bell peppers filled with seasoned rice and vegetables.

Ingredients:

  • 3 bell peppers

  • 1 cup cooked rice

  • Onion, tomato, corn

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Cut tops off peppers and clean inside.

  2. Mix rice with veggies and seasoning.

  3. Stuff peppers and drizzle oil.

  4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
