Spicy Veggie Stir-Fry with Rice

 


Description: Colorful vegetables tossed in a spicy soy-garlic sauce, served over rice.

Ingredients:

  • Bell peppers, carrots, broccoli

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp chili flakes

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • Cooked rice

  • Sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat sesame oil in wok.

  2. Add garlic, then vegetables; stir-fry on high heat.

  3. Add soy sauce and chili flakes.

  4. Serve hot over rice.
